This notice explains how CAPRAZ LLC handles this website and the business inquiries you choose to send us. CAPRAZ LLC was established on April 15, 2024.
Who is responsible

Visiting the website
The website is hosted through GitHub Pages. GitHub may process connection information, including IP addresses and request details, to operate and secure its hosting service. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
We have not added advertising trackers, visitor analytics scripts or embedded social widgets. Fonts and images are served with the website. A small session preference remembers when you dismiss the privacy notice in this tab. We do not save form entries in browser storage. Business inquiries
The inquiry form collects your name, company or brand, business email, optional website and message. We use these details to review your inquiry, evaluate a potential business relationship and respond. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Email links open your own email application.
We retain business correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, manage an ongoing business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Retention depends on the purpose and any continuing obligations. Please do not send passwords, payment card information or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Form security and delivery providers
Cloudflare Turnstile loads when you begin using the form or choose to start security verification. It processes browser and device signals to help detect automated abuse. Its own security processing may involve cookies or similar browser technologies; see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Notice. We do not describe these security tools as advertising or visitor analytics.
Cloudflare Pages Functions validates and processes submissions. Resend sends the notification to support@caprazllc.com. Notifications use your supplied email as the reply address so that our reply can reach you. We do not send an automatic marketing or confirmation email to the visitor.
Cloudflare D1 stores pseudonymous security counters containing a keyed network identifier, time window and attempt count. We do not store your message in that database or intentionally record form content in application logs. Counter windows older than two minutes are eligible for cleanup. Each later request removes up to 100 old counters, so records may remain when there is no further activity. Provider backups or service records may remain under their policies.
Cloudflare, Resend and our business email provider may process inquiry content, connection information and delivery records to operate their services. Data may be processed outside your country. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Resend Privacy Policy for their practices. We do not connect inquiry delivery records to a visitor analytics or advertising profile on this website.
Your questions and requests
You can contact us about access, correction, deletion or an objection relating to information you have sent. We assess requests under applicable obligations and may need information to verify and handle them. You can also use your browser controls to manage cookies and site storage. The notice preference is kept only for the browser tab’s session; your browser may restore a session when you reopen it.
